This solicitation is for the replacement and addition of ceiling-mounted patient lifts at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. The project includes removal of existing systems and installation of new traverse or "H" style rail systems. The goal is to enhance patient care and safety by providing modern, reliable lift equipment.

• Standard Room Lifts: 109 units of GH3+ 605lb hoist with integrated scale, CLM, and Service. Includes installation, weight testing, and commissioning of a 3m x 3m traverse system.

• Bariatric Room Lifts: 9 units of GH3+ 1100lb bariatric hoist with integrated scale, CLM, and Service. Includes installation, weight testing, and commissioning of a 3m x 3m traverse system.

• Drawings: 1 set of Stamped Engineered Drawings.

• Salient Features: Ceiling-mounted, electronic motor, in-rail charging, max lift capacity of at least 625lbs (1250lbs for bariatric), FDA Class 1 Medical Device classification, and a 10-year warranty.

• Scope of Work: Includes providing all necessary lifts, parts, labor, materials (including dust abatement), tools, equipment, and supervision for installation. Removal of existing lift equipment is also required. Contractor must adhere to infection control procedures and provide necessary submittals.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: Base POP 05-30-2026 to 11-26-2026. Contractor must be ready to begin work within 30 calendar days of notice to proceed and complete the project within 180 calendar days.

• Offer Due Date: September 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM EDT.

• A Vendor Site Visit is scheduled for April 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center.

• Delivery is needed POP/ARO 180 Days.
