Scope of Work
The requirement includes providing brand name or equal items to specific A-dec models for various dental operatory components. This encompasses treatment consoles, accessory/side consoles (with and without sinks, in 72in and 84in sizes), wall-mounted storage cabinets, dental operating chairs, doctor and assistant stools, ceiling-mounted dental lights, monitor mounts (ceiling, cabinet, and wall-mounted), wall or floor-mounted utility centers, and dental operating delivery systems (including 12 O'Clock delivery systems). All equipment must be the newest and most current model from a manufacturer of record and conform to the specifications detailed in the "Rolla – Dental Drawings" attachment. The vendor is responsible for "white glove" installation, performance verification, and validation. A two-year manufacturer's warranty is required, along with hands-on training for VA staff within 45 days of installation. Field verification and shop drawings are required prior to installation.
Contract & Timeline
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The period of performance for delivery is from October 5, 2026, to January 15, 2027, allowing 90 days for delivery after award. The acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside under NAICS Code 339114 (Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing) with a 750-employee size standard. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology.
