Scope of Work

The requirement includes providing brand name or equal items to specific A-dec models for various dental operatory components. All equipment must be the newest and most current model from a manufacturer of record and conform to the specifications detailed in the "Rolla – Dental Drawings" attachment. The vendor is responsible for "white glove" installation, performance verification, and validation. A two-year manufacturer's warranty is required, along with hands-on training for VA staff within 45 days of installation. Field verification and shop drawings are required prior to installation.

Contract & Timeline

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The period of performance for delivery is from October 5, 2026, to January 15, 2027, allowing 90 days for delivery after award.
