This solicitation seeks proposals for the purchase, delivery, and installation of dental furniture for the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center - Multi-Specialty CBOC in Rolla, MO. The goal is to outfit a new facility and provide necessary dental services.

• Supply, delivery, and installation of specific dental furniture items including consoles, cabinets, chairs, stools, monitor mounts, and utility centers.

• All equipment must be the newest and most current model from a manufacturer of record.

• Dental furniture, casework, lights, and monitor mounts must conform to specifications detailed in the attached "Rolla – Dental Drawings."

• Vendor must provide shop drawings prior to installation.

• "White glove" installation is required for all products.

• A two-year manufacturer's warranty is required for all units.

• Vendor must provide a hands-on training session to selected staff within 45 days after final installation.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: October 5th, 2026 – January 15th, 2027 (90 days for delivery after award).

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
