Eligibility & Submission

• Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). Offerors must claim Small Business status, certify meeting size standards, and be "Verified" in the SBA certification database.
• Brand Name Requirement: This is a Brand Name Only procurement for NMIS BioDose Software.
• Manufacturer/Distributor: Offerors must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized distributor. If not the OEM, a signed authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer is required. Small business OEMs must indicate compliance with limitations on subcontracting and/or the non-manufacturer rule.
