Scope of Work
This opportunity covers the supply of a comprehensive range of radiology and imaging systems, including but not limited to CT scanners, MRI systems, radiographic systems (X-Ray), nuclear medicine, ultrasounds, PET-CT, PET-MR scanners, cyclotrons, angiography, cardiac catheterization, and mammography systems. The scope also includes upgrades, repair parts, software, accessories, maintenance services, training, and incidental services. Potential incidental construction work for site preparation and turnkey installation may also be required. All systems must be DICOM compliant and meet VISTA requirements. Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements apply to Department of Defense (DoD) orders, as this is a joint DLA/VA program.

The evaluation will be based on Technical, Past Performance, and Price factors, utilizing a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. The period for acceptance of offers has been extended to 180 calendar days.

Bidders must ensure their products comply with DICOM conformance requirements (Attachment 1) for compatibility with VA/DoD imaging systems.
