Frames must also have speakers for patient TV audio, 3-position side rails (350 lbs capacity each), patient belongings holder, USB port, dual phone holders, advanced siderail controls with caregiver presets, and CPR release functionality. Essential safety features include a one-touch/any position scale with weight history, bed exit feature, Adaptive Bed Alarm, and a system to monitor unsafe bed configurations (preferred).
