- Repair turn-around time (days).
- Test and Evaluation Cost (if unit is Beyond Repair) as a "not to exceed" price.
- Inspection site CAGE and Packaging site CAGE.
- Throughput Constraint and Induction Expiration Date. Evaluation will consider past performance as more important than price. The government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest-priced offer.
