This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for the procurement of camera upgrades to the existing 732 AMS airfield CCTV security system at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. The acquisition is a total set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 with a size standard of 800 employees.

• Upgrade of the Closed Circuit Flightline Video System IAW Salient Characteristics (Attachment 1) and Building Schematics (Attachment 2).

• System must be installed and fully functional by 01 September 2026.

• Must include delivery to JBER, Alaska, 99506, installation, and warranty.

• Supplies and services must be FIPS/Section 889 NDAA-compliant.

• Delivery is FOB destination.

• Period of Performance: By 01 September 2026.

• Place of Performance: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska.

• Offerors must hold quotes firm for 60 calendar days from the closing date.

• Site Visit: Tuesday, 7 April 2026, at 10:00 AM Alaska Daylight Time. Pre-registration required by Monday, 6 April 2026.

• Quotation Submission Deadline: Tuesday, 14 April 2026, at 12:00 PM Alaska Daylight Time.

• Response format: Technical Acceptability (meeting salient characteristics) and Price. Quotes must be complete and self-sufficient.

• Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government.

• Total set-aside for small business concerns.
