Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for the repair and upgrade of the CCTV system at Building 1093, Sheppard AFB Fire Emergency Services.

• Provide and install one new 16-port POE switch.

• Wire and install miscellaneous items related to the switch.

• Integrate the new POE switch into the existing Avigilon CCTV system.

• Provide all necessary tools, supplies, labor, and equipment.

• Perform installation, programming, and training.

• Contractor shall develop and maintain a quality program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the NEC and manufacturer's instructions.

• Contractor must have a Master electrician certification for electrical work.

• Government will periodically evaluate performance through on-site inspections and customer feedback.

• Work hours shall be performed as service and emergency dictates.

• Location: Building 1093, Sheppard AFB Fire Emergency Services.

• Environmental Controls: Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local environmental protection laws and regulations. Report any spills immediately.

• Government Furnished Property: Government will provide electricity, water, sewer, utilities, police, fire, and emergency medical services. Contractor is responsible for any medical expenses incurred by their personnel.

• Security Requirements: Contractor personnel must conform to all Base Regulations regarding security, safety, traffic, fire, and personnel clearances. Specific information (full name, SSN, company name, driver's license, vehicle info, project details) must be submitted for each employee before base access. Base identification cards/vehicle passes are required for all personnel.

• Contractor Access: Vehicles must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Mission essential designations may be assigned during Force Protection Conditions (FPCONs).

• Property Protection: Contractor is responsible for safeguarding all government-owned equipment and materials in their possession.

• Information Security: Contractor must meet Air Force standards for storing, processing, and handling classified information. All government-provided resources must be surrendered upon contract termination. Non-disclosure agreements are required.

• Privacy Act: Personnel working on this project must adhere to the Privacy Act.

• Background Checks: Contractor and subcontractor personnel must consent to LEADS background checks. Those who do not consent will be denied access. Contractor is responsible for ensuring employees have proper credentials to work in the U.S.
