For both locations, the contractor must provide a rear spinner fertilizer spreader (not exceeding 8' width) for use with BLM tractors. Product labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are required with each delivery. The delivery container must be capable of transferring to spreader/applicators and remains until spread by BLM.
