Scope of Work
The contractor will supply and deliver two specific bulk granular fertilizer mixes:
- Fertilizer Mix 1 (Horning Seed Orchard): 16-20-0-15 (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Sulfur) or a government-approved mixture within 0.5 of said nutrients. Must be non-slow release, without micro-nutrients, and low dust. Estimated quantity: 21.5 tons.
- Fertilizer Mix 2 (Tyrrell Seed Orchard): 29-10-0-10.5 (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Sulfur) or a government-approved mixture within 0.5 of said nutrients. Must be non-slow release, without micro-nutrients, and low dust. Estimated quantity: 22.5 tons. Delivery must be in power bins, stinger trucks, or tenders capable of transferring to spreader/applicators. The contractor is also required to provide a rear spinner fertilizer spreader (not exceeding 8' in width) for use with BLM tractors at each location. Each delivery requires a product label with weight and pounds per cubic foot, and a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for the product.
