Scope of Work
The requirement is for the procurement of 96 new 12-Volt Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) batteries compatible with the Eaton 9390 UPS system. The scope includes:
- Procurement of 96 new 12V/120-watt AGM batteries suitable for the Eaton 9390 50.0000 kVA UPS.
- Installation services for the new batteries.
- Disposal services for the old batteries in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.
- A 2-Year battery and labor replacement warranty. Performance will be at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Jerry Smith Building, BLDG 3581, Pensacola, FL 32508. Delivery is required no later than 60 days after contract award.
Submission Requirements
Interested sources are invited to respond by submitting:

- Size of Business: Large or small business (if small, provide socioeconomic status).
- Capability Description: A brief description of capabilities, resources, technical competencies, and organizational experience relative to the draft description of requirements (DOR). Standard brochures or paraphrasing the DOR are insufficient.
