• Procurement and installation of new pedestrian crossing signs (48 units of EN-10.10 type, 48 units of W16-7PR(L) directional arrows, 30 units of EN-05.03 single post & panel signs).

• Removal of existing signage.

• Design, programming, site survey, and utility marking.

• Compliance with VA Technical Information Library (TIL) guidelines, OSHA, and state of Virginia legislation.

• Use of American-made materials with a minimum of 75% recycled content for aluminum extrusions.

• Specific sign types required include R1-5c, W11-2, and W17-PR(L).

• All signs must meet VA TIL's Signage and Wayfinding Design Guide standards.
