Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor and materials to manufacture, package, palletize, and deliver W1 Blank Granite Markers (13" x 42" x 3") FOB Origin. Shipments will utilize Government-contracted carriers, requiring the contractor to provide a completed Government Bill of Lading (BOL) monthly. Manufacturing, packaging, and transfer to a carrier must be completed by the second Monday of each month for pre-scheduled shipments. Granite must conform to ASTM C119, be standard grade, fine-medium grained, uniform light grey (N6.5 - N8 Munsell), and have a smooth satin finish, free of defects. Specific material properties and testing are required. Packaging must protect monuments, with pallets not exceeding 2,100 lbs or 11 headstones. Damaged monuments must be replaced within 10 calendar days.

Evaluation factors include Price, Technical, and Past Performance, with Technical and Past Performance combined being less important than price.
