- Real Estate Functions: Preparing Reports of Availability (ROA) for long-term and short-term out-grants, managing real estate disposal and facility acquisitions, generating operational reports for 99th RD facilities, and producing requested memorandums.
- Real Property Functions: Conducting site inspections, maintaining and updating data within key databases (APSR, GFEBS, HQIIS, RPAMS), performing monthly audit assignments, and ensuring the upkeep of both physical and digital 99th RD Real Property records, all in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
