Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive support for both Real Estate and Real Property sections. Real Estate functions include:
- Preparing Reports of Availability (ROA) for long-term and short-term out-grants.
- Managing Real Estate disposal and facility acquisitions.
- Generating operational reports related to 99th RD facilities.
- Producing requested memorandums to support the Real Estate Section.
Real Property functions include:
- Performing site inspections.
- Maintaining and updating data within databases such as APSR, GFEBS, HQIIS, and RPAMS.
- Executing monthly Audit assignments.
- Maintaining physical and digital 99th RD Real Property records in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
