This is an Unrestricted single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The award will be based on a Best Value Tradeoff, with non-price factors significantly more important than price. Proposals are due by February 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.
Scope of Work
The USSS seeks to procure up to 1,000 9mm Pistol Caliber Carbines (PCC), including standard and compact/Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) variants, along with associated components and suppressors, over a five-year period. Deliveries will be made to the USSS/RTC facility in Washington, DC.
