Scope of Work

The contractor will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all work complies with International Code, National Electrical Code (NEC), Japan Architectural Specification Standard (JASS), and Japanese building electrical codes.

  • Providing personnel with specific qualifications for electrical work, HVAC and mechanical work, and refrigerant handling.

Contract Details

  • Period of Performance: Work to be performed on weekdays during normal business hours, unless otherwise approved.
