The system must be compatible with or exceed specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), including AMAG access control panels, software, power supplies, batteries, and HID PIV card readers with keypads. Door hardware and conduit installation will be required. Key performance standards include:

  • Two-factor authentication (CAC + PIN) and FIPS 201 compliance.
  • Software compatibility with Windows 11 Enterprise, supporting at least 100 devices/readers.
  • 100% system availability with service calls requiring a response time of less than 96 hours within the warranty period.
  • Contractor employees must complete Level I OPSEC training.
  • Background checks, COMSEC/IT security, PII protection, and physical security of government property are mandatory.
