Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a price quotation using the provided Electronic Product List (EPL) / Vendor Quote Sheet (Attachment 1) in MS Excel format. Offerors must be registered in SAM, and invoices will be processed through WAWF.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Technical specifications for "or equal" items will be evaluated for acceptability. Past performance will not be evaluated. The Government may award without exchanges but reserves the right to conduct exchanges or seek clarifications.
