Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Offerors must submit a price quotation using the attached Electronic Product List (EPL)/Material Inspection and Receiving Report (MI&RR) (Attachment 1) in MS Excel format. Technical specifications demonstrating the ability to meet salient characteristics for "or equal" items are required. Past performance will not be evaluated. The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct exchanges or seek clarifications. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and ensure submitted electronic files are virus-free and accessible. Invoices and receiving reports must be submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
