Purpose & Scope
The USNCC seeks to advance warfighting advantage and operational readiness by providing naval-relevant education to enlisted Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen. The contractor will provide instructional support services for core Naval Studies Courses and occasionally for Navalized General Education courses. Faculty will deliver asynchronous instruction for typically eight-week, three-semester-hour courses, using USNCC-provided syllabi and materials. Key tasks include developing lesson plans, administering and grading assessments, and submitting grades. Faculty must maintain professional proficiency and can be academically or professionally qualified. A Project Manager with a Master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience is required.
