- Systems-engineering expertise and technical assistance, including participation in procurement-sensitive meetings.
- Secretariat support for the C2 Executive Steering Council (C2 ESC) and support for the C2 Council of Colonels.
- Support for various C2 systems such as GCCS-J, DJC2, and IBS.
- Systems-Engineering expertise and Technical Assistance (SETA) support.
Contract Details
- Type: Firm, Fixed-Price Task Order
- Duration: A Base Period (March 28, 2026 - March 27, 2027) and four Option Periods, totaling up to 60 months (through March 27, 2031).
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). Only small business SeaPort MAC holders are eligible.
- Place of Performance: Joint Staff, Room MA924, The Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Key Requirements
- Contractor personnel must possess a final Top Secret (TS) Clearance with SCI eligibility, based on an investigation within the last 5 years.
- Specific personnel require access to Nuclear Command and Control - Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI).
- A TOP SECRET facility clearance is required.
- Deliverables include Weekly Activity Reports, Meeting Notes, Integrated Project Schedules, Monthly Progress Reports, and various technical briefs and recommendations.
