Purpose of RFI
This RFI is issued by the 746th Test Squadron (TS) for information and planning purposes only, not as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The objective is to identify qualified sources capable of providing personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, logistics, training, and technical support to conduct, manage, and maintain the ATLAS Indefinite Quantity Contract, specifically for EW Test Support and associated equipment.
Scope of Work
The ATLAS Task Order 001 (TO 001) requires the contractor to execute efficient and effective logistics and test support. This includes:
- Procurements
- Equipment service, maintenance, and repair
- Material shipment
- Ad-hoc response All performance activities will be captured using an Online Workflow Management System (OWMS). Performance standards include 95% on-time shipments and 99.5% OWMS availability.
