Special Requirements & Performance
- Contractor personnel must comply with installation security and access control procedures, including background checks for unescorted access.
- At least one contract employee must possess a TOP SECRET security clearance for handling classified information (DD Form 254 compliance).
- Compliance with all Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) requirements, ITAR, and export restrictions.
- Development and implementation of an OWMS with specific functionalities for request management, reporting, and security, adhering to DoD cyber security standards.
- Performance metrics include 95% on-time shipments and 99.5% OWMS peak availability.
- Weekly and biannual Performance Metrics Report (PMR) meetings are required.
Place of Performance
Primary locations include Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB), High Energy Laser Support Facility (HELSTF), White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Other locations in the United States, partner nations, or as directed are also possible.
