Scope of Work
The requirement is for the provision of five (5) commercially manufactured snowmachines and two (2) accompanying trailers. The snowmachines must be suitable for groomed trails and off-trail use in deep snow, with a minimum 850cc engine, electric start, reverse, and heated handgrips, capable of carrying a driver and passenger (e.g., Lynx Brutal, Ski-doo Expedition Xtreme 850, Polaris Switch back/titan crossover 850). Trailers must be capable of transporting these snowmachines, licensed, registered, and in good working order. All equipment must be delivered in excellent operating condition, fully serviced, and ready for immediate use. The contractor will be responsible for all routine and preventative maintenance, ensuring snowmobiles are delivered with a full tank of fuel, and maintaining adequate insurance.
