Scope of Work
This requirement is for the lease of equipment to support operations in and around ColdFoot, Alaska, from February 15, 2026, to March 10, 2026. The contractor shall provide:
- Seven (7) Snowmachines: Must be commercially manufactured, in excellent operating condition, fully serviced, and ready for immediate use. Specifications include:
- Suitable for groomed trails and off-trail use in deep snow conditions, equivalent to models like Lynx Brutal, Ski-doo Expedition Xtreme 850, Ski-doo backcountry x 850, or Polaris Switchback/Titan crossover 850.
- Minimum 850cc engine required for deep snow crossover/utility and trail riding, capable of pulling heavy sleds.
- Features: Electric start, reverse, and heated handgrips.
- Capacity: Capable of carrying at least one driver and one passenger.
- Two (2) Trailers: Capable of transporting the provided snowmachines, in good working order with functional lights, properly inflated tires, and licensed/registered for public highway use.
- Contractor Responsibilities: Routine and preventative maintenance, delivery with a full tank of gasoline, and adequate insurance for all equipment.
