Scope of Work
The DAF requires continued SmartNet Total Care (SNTC), Software Support Services (SWSS), and DNA Advantage software service capabilities for Cisco equipment, including routers, switches, wireless technologies, and future devices. Key requirements include:
- 12 months of continuous capability coverage, up to TS/SCI classification.
- Support for Cisco devices valued at $5.7 billion (network, route, switch, data center, wireless equipment and software).
- Seamless hardware and software maintenance support (unclassified and classified).
- 24/7/365 hardware break/fix technical assistance with Cisco certified experts.
- Access to an inventory management and digital tool/portal for software licenses and hardware inventory.

Eligibility & Submission

Providers must meet required DoD certification levels up to IT-III and Trade Agreements Act (TAA) requirements.
