Eligibility & Evaluation
The overall CSO invites solution briefs for various AoIs. For the Cisco GEMSS AoI, vendors were required to be a DoD ESI Cisco certified reseller/CISCO Federally Authorized Reseller with past experience. Submissions needed to demonstrate expertise in managing Cisco assets, a Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) process, and the ability to perform work up to TS/SCI classification. Providers must meet required DoD certification levels up to IT-III.
Additional Notes
Amendment 0003 updated the main CSO document, replacing Class Deviation 2022-00007 with DFARS 212.70 and adding AoI AFCWX-005 to Attachment 8. Offerors should monitor www.sam.gov for specific calls or amendments related to new or existing AoIs.
