Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, and tools to remove and dispose of twelve existing bathroom vanities, including sinks, fixtures, mirrors, light enclosures, light fixtures, and associated plumbing. New, like-in-kind vanities, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and light fixtures will be provided and installed. Adjacent toiletries cabinets will be demolished and not replaced. The work includes ensuring compatibility with existing building systems and repairing any tile or Gypsum Wall Board (GWB) damage to match existing conditions. All work must comply with North Carolina Building/Plumbing Codes, NFPA 70, and all Federal, EPA, OSHA, and State regulations. A one-year warranty on supplied equipment and labor is required.
