Evaluation
Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Price will be evaluated and ranked, and only the lowest-priced proposal will be evaluated for technical acceptability on a pass/fail basis, assessing the ability to meet all Statement of Objectives (SOO) requirements.
Special Requirements & Notes
Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. Contractor personnel must meet minimum qualifications (3 years of experience). A one-year warranty for all work performed is required. Bidders must consider the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination (WD_ATCALS.pdf) for Utah counties (Davis, Morgan, Weber) as it impacts labor costs and fringe benefits.
