- Operational Support: Production Control Functions, Material and Logistical Coordination, Quality Assurance, and Computer-Related Capabilities. These services will aid in readiness, maintenance, modernization advance planning, work package development and integration, and work package execution. Key task areas include integrated modernization planning, Life Cycle Maintenance Plans (LCMP) development, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) ship checks, diagnostics support (with specific exclusions), equipment assessment, LCRS database maintenance, CARRIER TEAM ONE Support, and Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) support. Note: Contract personnel are prohibited from performing design, engineering, or logistic services in posted radiation areas, handling radioactive materials, wearing radiation dosimetry, or performing analysis/diagnostics on specific nuclear-powered aircraft carrier systems (per NAVSEA Instruction C9210.4). Personnel must be U.S. Citizens and adhere to OPSEC and NNPI protection requirements.
