Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools for a comprehensive conversion, encompassing civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, communications, architecture, and structural disciplines. Key aspects include:
- Interior Renovations: Comprehensive interior finishes, ADA-compliant restroom upgrades, and construction of a new tool room.
- HVAC Systems: Design and installation of two separate HVAC systems for administrative/classroom areas and the training bay; the hangar space will remain unconditioned. Specific load assumptions and integration with Johnson Controls DDC are required.
