  • Wage Determination: Wage Determination 2015-5369 (Rev.-27) for Minnehaha County, South Dakota, is applicable. Bidders must account for minimum wage rates and fringe benefits.
  • Insurance: Contractor must meet minimum insurance requirements (Workmen's Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability, Comprehensive Automobile Liability).
  • Access & Security: Compliance with installation access and security policies, including background checks and AT Level I training for employees.
