This is a sole source recommendation due to the critical need for the new equipment to interface with existing Rockwell/Allen Bradley PLC's and the identification of Electrical Equipment Corporation as the only authorized dealer for the region. Using a different brand would necessitate replacing existing equipment, and procuring from an unauthorized source could lead to a lack of factory support and warranties.
