- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror. Price will be determined by multiplying offered prices by estimated quantities. Acceptability is based on compliance with RFQ terms and technical information. Responsibility includes financial resources, ability to comply with performance period, integrity, organization, experience, skills, and equipment.
Eligibility & Notes
- SAM Registration: All U.S. Contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting a quotation, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Overseas contractors are recommended to register prior to award.
- Payment: U.S. firms are eligible for payment in U.S. dollars; foreign firms must submit prices and receive payment in Japanese Yen.
- This opportunity is subject to FAR 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021).
- No payment will be made for the preparation and submission of quotations.
