Scope of Work
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires the purchase of two new amphibious track vehicles, complete with trailers, for the Minnesota Valley NWR. The solicitation also includes the trade-in of two existing older Marshmaster vehicles. Detailed specifications for the new vehicles include a 15' 10" L x 8' 6" W x 8' 4" H aluminum body, Kohler 74 HP turbo diesel engine, 8 mph land/1 mph water speed, 28" wide polymer track system, 10,000 lb hydraulic winch, fire suppression system, and auxiliary hydraulic circuits. The accompanying trailers must be max 8' W x 18' L tilt deck with a minimum GVWR of 13,000 lbs. Delivery is required on or before July 1, 2026, to Carver, MN.

Submission & Evaluation

Offerors must submit a complete quote package, including the SF1449, instructions to offerors, and all required attachments. Failure to submit all required documents will result in a non-responsive quote.
