The selected contractor will provide AMVER Subscription Data Services, which includes:

Uploading specified data files to the contractor's FTP Server every two weeks.
Notifying the AMVER Technical team via email when data is available for download.
Providing ten (10) user licenses for Coast Guard users to access data via FTP.
Providing five (5) user licenses for access to the contractor's maritime data and tracking platform.
Compliance with security requirements (FIPS 140-2, FIPS 197 for hardware/software interfaces), Section 508, Geospatial, and DHS-USCG Enterprise Architecture standards. No onsite personnel are required.
