Contract Details
This will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. Payment terms are NET 30 in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment, processed through IPP (https://www.ipp.gov). All deliveries are required by February 23, 2026, FOB DESTINATION, to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room- BLDG 88, Baltimore, MD, 21226. Freight charges must be included in the total cost.
Sole Source Justification
The USCG's intent to award sole source to MARINE JET POWER, Inc. is justified under FAR 13.106-1(b), citing that only one responsible source can satisfy agency requirements. Submission & Evaluation

Vendors must have an active SAM.Gov registration or proof of submission for registration.
