Industry Day Details
An Industry Day is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport Division, Building #80, 80 Fleet Access Rd, Newport, RI 02841. Check-in begins at 7:30 AM EDT, with presentations and an open Q&A session starting at 8:00 AM EDT. Individual company breakout sessions will follow. Attendance is limited to three representatives per company and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessing Documents & Submitting Questions
The Draft Solicitation and Industry Day brief are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and are only available via the Electronic Technical Information Center (E-TIC). Access requires an active AIMTC user account, a Common Access Card (CAC) or DoD External Certification Authority (ECA) Certificate, and a JCP number. Prospective offerors must apply for E-TIC access, specifying 'NAVSEA PMS 425' as the branch and 'Chris Halterman' (NUWCDIVKPT C432) as the Navy Sponsor POC. Questions on the draft solicitation are open until May 14, 2026, and should be submitted using the provided "Attachment J-22 - Offerors Question Submittal Form.xlsx".
