Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The evaluation will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Pricing will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness; unbalanced or incomplete pricing may render a quotation ineligible for award. The Government will evaluate offers by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
