Engineering studies, investigations, surveying, and mapping.
Soils engineering, tests, evaluations, and consultations.
Comprehensive planning, drawing reviews, and program management.
Conceptual designs, presentations, and coordination with senior GAO management.
Full design plans and specifications, and value engineering.
Construction phase services, such as preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, site visits, shop drawing reviews, technical assistance, on-site representation, and commissioning/start-up/fit-up design support.
Preservation surveys and restoration designs for historic buildings.

Contract Details

Contract Type: Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for A-E services, utilizing a hybrid of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) task orders.
Duration: A base year plus four option years.
Total Shared Capacity: Up to $25,000,000.00 for the entire period.
