Scope of Work
Services are required for the GAO HQ building at 441 G Street NW, Washington DC, and field offices in cities including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, and Seattle. The scope encompasses a broad range of A-E services, including but not limited to:
- Engineering studies, investigations, surveying, and mapping.
- Soils engineering, tests, evaluations, and consultations.
- Comprehensive planning, drawing reviews, and program management.
- Conceptual designs, presentations, and coordination with senior GAO management.
- Full design plans and specifications, and value engineering.
- Construction phase services, such as preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, site visits, shop drawing reviews, technical assistance, on-site representation, and commissioning/start-up/fit-up design support.
- Preservation surveys and restoration designs for historic buildings.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for A-E services, utilizing a hybrid of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) task orders.
- Duration: A base year plus four option years.
- Total Shared Capacity: Up to $25,000,000.00 for the entire period.

- Set-Aside: Open to all A-E Offerors regardless of size.
