Quick Summary
The Department of the Army (ACC-ANAD) has issued a Special Notice for an Area of Interest (AoI) seeking a Test Track Camera System for the Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) in Anniston, AL. This AoI falls under the broader Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) W911KF-25-S-C0001-0008, which aims to modernize the Organic Industrial Base (OIB).
Purpose & Scope
This AoI seeks a complete and fully operational camera system to replace an end-of-life, deficient system at the ANAD Test Track. The new system is crucial for improving safety during combat vehicle testing operations by providing adequate camera coverage, limiting dead spots, and covering all access points and pedestrian crossings. The government is not obligated to make an award as a result of this AoI.
Key Requirements / Deliverables
- Provide a camera system for the ANAD Test Track with comprehensive coverage, including all access points, pedestrian crossings, and specific areas like the wash rack and sloped test area.
- Ensure cameras capture vehicular traffic in both directions, including entering/exiting the pit lane and all four turns.
- Provide live feed monitoring capability to displays within the test track operator control booth (minimum of four large displays, with operator manipulation of views).
- Replace the existing end-of-life audio/visual component stack.
- Retain 30 days of recorded data on a local HDD, accessible for viewing and download by the Government.
- Provide necessary power and fiber solutions for existing camera locations.
- Crucially, audio-visual core components must be on-premises, not cloud-based, and Bluetooth/wireless enabled cameras are not an option.
Contract Details
This is an Area of Interest (AoI) under a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), which typically leads to fixed-price contracts. The overarching CSO is open to both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors. Awards are subject to the availability of funds and successful negotiations. This AoI is not an authorization to begin performance.
Submission & Evaluation
Interested parties must submit a written solution via email to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist by 4:00 PM CDT on May 28, 2026. Late submissions will not be evaluated. Companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
