Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit one prototype kit for technical evaluation by the close of solicitation. Pricing must include on-demand worldwide shipping (US and APO/FPO) via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL with delivery confirmation. Proposals should complete specific blocks on the solicitation form and adhere to incorporated FAR and DFARS clauses.
Additional Notes
A minimum supply of 5,000 kits must be manufactured and assembled within 8 weeks of the contract start. Kits will be stored at the vendor's facility and shipped upon written request in multiples of 10.
