• The contract period of performance is for a base year starting April 1, 2026, with 4 option years.

• Pricing is based on a firm, fixed price quantity of 30,000 kits per year, with a total potential of 150,000 kits over the contract term.

• The vendor must provide a prototype kit for technical evaluation.

• A minimum supply of 5,000 kits must be manufactured and assembled within 8 weeks of the contract start.

• Additional lots require notification and must be available within 8 weeks of notification.

• EasiCollect+ FTA Card Devices must have a minimum of 18 months remaining shelf life.

• Updating Technical Specifications to reflect a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) quantity of 30,000 Kits.

• Extending the Solicitation Due Date from 16 Feb 2026 to 25 Feb 2026.

• Updating the delivery address for CLINs/SLINs/ELINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001.
