Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, supplies, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide comprehensive CT Scan services. Key requirements include:
- Equipment: Provision and installation of fixed CT imaging equipment at both CBOCs. Equipment must be no older than 5 years and compatible with VistA Imaging for image transfer. Standardization of make/model across sites is not required.
- Personnel: Provision of qualified, certified, and licensed CT technologists (not technicians) to operate equipment and perform patient exams. A technologist must be assigned to each location, with back-up staffing to limit downtime. Technologists require background checks and facility credentialing.
- Services: Performing patient exams, providing accurate VA forms, excellent customer service, and preventative maintenance for all furnished equipment. Annual physicist inspections are also required.

- Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)
- Duration: One (1) base year (May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027) with four (4) one-year options (through April 30, 2031).
