Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive AV equipment and support services for a six-day event. Key requirements include:
- Equipment: Seven (7) handheld wireless microphones/speakers, seven (7) lapel wireless microphones with two floor stands and a sound system, three (3) medium projection surfaces and projectors, and six (6) small/medium projection surfaces and projectors. All projectors must have HDMI connectors and integrate with the sound system.
- Services: Technician(s) for equipment setup, maintenance, and strike-down. On-site AV technical support must be available throughout the event (0800-1700, Monday-Friday) to address any malfunctions. Equipment must be in place by the afternoon of March 1, 2026, and removed by March 6, 2026.
- The OES Course is designed for newly selected Total Force senior leaders, squadron commanders, and Senior Enlisted Leaders. Government-owned laptops will be used for presentations.
