Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive AV equipment and support for the OES Course. This includes:
- Equipment: Seven (7) handheld wireless microphones/speakers, seven (7) lapel wireless microphones with two floor stands and a sound system, three (3) medium projection surfaces and projectors (approx. 9x16 for plenary), and six (6) small/medium projection surfaces and projectors. HDMI connectors are required, and projectors must integrate with the sound system.
- Support: Technician(s) for setup, maintenance, and strike-down of all equipment, with on-site technical support available for malfunctions. Government-owned laptops will be used for presentations.
- Event Structure: The main plenary session will be held in a divisible Grand Ballroom. Breakout sessions will vary in size (20-60 attendees), with larger breakouts requiring two microphones each. The course will operate in a hybrid format, accommodating virtual presenters.

- Location: The Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park, 3111 Fairview Park Dr, Falls Church, VA 22042.
- Dates: The Period of Performance is six (6) days, from March 1, 2026, to March 6, 2026. Equipment must be in place by the afternoon of March 1. Main sessions run March 2-4 (0800-1700 daily), with breakout sessions on March 5. Equipment strike-down must be completed by March 6.
