Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the provision and installation of one (1) custom-fitted Double Wall Exam Room audio booth to be used for veterans' hearing tests. Key requirements include:

- Specific exterior and interior dimensions, with flooring flush to the existing floor, which is recessed 4 ¾ inches.
- 36-inch clear opening doors with full vision tempered glass.
- Vendor to provide and install all rough-in conduit, junction boxes, fittings, 110V/20A duplex Hospital grade receptacles, and 4-port CAT-6 data outlets.
