- 24x7x365 remote technical phone support and unlimited remote help desk support.
- Unlimited onsite field technician dispatch (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM) for break/fix, system optimization, tuning, configuration changes, software/firmware updates, programming, system logic changes, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Access to manufacturer repair/replacement programs and software/firmware updates.
- Maintenance of system wiring, connections, warranties, software, and firmware, including addressing power outage issues and battery backups.
- Contractor is responsible for identifying faulty parts. Manufacturer warranty coverage is likely outside the scope. If parts are not under warranty, the government will order and pay for them, with the contractor handling installation. Similarly, for out-of-warranty UPS batteries, the government covers costs, and the contractor installs.
