Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, parts, and labor for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of automatic doors at Luke AFB. Key services include:
- Quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM): Inspections, cleaning, oiling, adjusting, and replacing parts for 52 automatic doors, adhering to manufacturer specifications and ANSI standards (A156.10, A156.19, A117.1, A156.27).
- Repairs: Responding to routine service calls within 8 hours (with 1-hour immediate phone/email response) during normal operating hours (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- Door Replacement: Providing proposals for door/door assembly replacements upon COR request, using similar models.
- Personnel: Technicians must be AAADM certified with a minimum of two years of experience.
- Warranty: All repair work includes a one-year parts and workmanship warranty.
